Processing & Fulfillment
Orders typically process within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). We do not ship on weekends. Expedited (paid) shipping is prioritized, but processing times may still apply. Orders placed after our daily cutoff or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we cannot modify items, quantities, shipping addresses, or cancel the order.
Shipping Methods & Estimates
Delivery time is calculated as processing time + transit time. Estimated transit windows shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and not guaranteed.
- Standard: typically 3–7 business days
- Expedited: typically 2–3 business days
- Overnight: 1 business day to most metro areas
We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations. Availability, rates and delivery times may vary by location. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country; these charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not collected by Elefans Fitness.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, method and order weight/value. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before taxes) shipped within the continental U.S., unless stated otherwise on the site. Expedited options are excluded. Certain oversized or heavy items may be excluded.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with tracking details. You can also view tracking updates in your account order history if you checkout while logged in.
Tracking may take 3–8 business days to show initial updates (especially for international shipments) while packages pass through origin or international sorting centers.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please confirm your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Once in transit, address changes or package interceptions are not guaranteed and may incur additional carrier fees.
In some residential communities, carriers may deliver to parcel lockers when items do not fit in standard mailboxes. If so, a key or notice is usually left in your mailbox with locker details.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages) at [email protected] with your order number and photos (for damage). We’ll work with the carrier to initiate a claim and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
“Delivered” But Not Received
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please:
- Verify the shipping address and check around the delivery area and with neighbors.
- Allow 24–48 hours in case of a carrier scan delay.
- Contact the carrier directly for additional details.
If you’re still unable to locate the package after taking these steps, contact us within 7 days for assistance.
Claims & Investigations
We follow carrier protocols for loss/damage investigations. Typical filing windows: USPS: 15–60 days from mailing date; UPS/FEDEX: as soon as an exception is reported. Investigations can take several weeks; we will update you with the final carrier decision and next steps (replacement or refund if eligible).
Split Shipments & Backorders
To get items to you faster, we may ship an order in multiple packages at no additional cost. Preorder or backordered items will ship once available. We’ll email updates if an item in your order is delayed.
Holidays & Weather Delays
Carriers occasionally experience delays due to peak seasons, severe weather and other events outside our control. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
We ship to APO, FPO and DPO addresses via eligible services. Delivery timeframes vary and are limited to Monday–Friday delivery windows.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request an address change or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting support. After this window—or once processing begins—changes and cancellations are not possible. If a package is returned to sender due to address issues, we can refund the product price minus original shipping and a handling/ restocking fee (see Returns policy).
International Shipping & Customs
International delivery times depend on destination and customs processing. Most packages reach customs in roughly 8–10 business days, but timing varies. Duties and taxes may be due upon receipt (DDU) unless otherwise specified at checkout. If an order is held or seized by customs, refunds are only available if items are returned to us in original, resalable condition.
Deliveries to Third‑Party or Shared Locations
When shipping to freight forwarders, commercial addresses, hotels, or where another person may receive the package, the risk of loss shifts on carrier delivery scan. If tracking shows delivered, Elefans Fitness is not responsible for packages lost or misplaced at those locations.
High‑Risk Orders & Verification
If our systems flag an order for potential fraud, we may request identity verification (e.g., matching name and last 4 digits of card, order confirmation screenshot). If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, we may cancel and refund the order.
