Orders and fulfillment

How fast do you ship orders?

Orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern ship the same business day. Late-day orders ship the following business day. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as the carrier scans the label.

Which carriers do you use?

We partner with UPS, USPS and DHL eCommerce. The system selects the fastest and most reliable option based on weight, destination and service level chosen at checkout.

Can I change or cancel an order after checkout?

Contact support immediately with your order number. If the order has not been picked and packed, we can update the address, items or cancel for a refund. Once the carrier has the parcel, we can assist with delivery intercepts where possible.

Returns and product concerns

What is your return policy?

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start the process by emailing support with your order number and the product you would like to return. We will reply with an authorization number and instructions.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Document the condition of the shipping box and the product, then contact support within seven days. We file a claim with the carrier, replace the product or issue store credit once the claim clears.

Do you offer exchanges for different flavors?

We can arrange exchanges on unopened products within the standard return window. Shipping costs vary by location and order size. Contact our team for a personalized solution.

Products and formulation

Are your products third-party tested?

Yes. Every production run is verified by accredited labs for identity, potency and purity. Certificates of analysis are stored on file and spot audits occur before restocks publish online.

Can I combine different stacks?

Stacks are designed to complement one another, but dosing may need to be adjusted if you combine multiple performance products. Review the supplement facts, stay within the recommended servings and consult your healthcare professional if you are unsure.

Do you provide sample packs?

Limited sample packs are available during promotional windows or with select partner gyms. Subscribe to our newsletter or contact support to inquire about current availability.

Accounts and billing

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can check out as a guest, but creating an account allows you to save addresses, review past orders, manage returns and receive proactive shipping updates.

How do subscriptions work?

Eligible products include a subscription toggle on the product page. Choose your cadence, add to cart and complete checkout. You will be charged one day before the next shipment so you can skip, pause or swap flavors in time.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and most HSA or FSA cards for approved wellness items. All transactions run through PCI-compliant gateways.
