Please contact us before sending any item back. Do not ship your return until you receive return authorization and instructions from our team.
Our Policy
We want you to love your Elefans Fitness purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange in accordance with the terms below. To keep everyone safe, we can only accept returns that meet the eligibility requirements in this policy.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and seals intact.
- Opened or partially used consumable products (e.g., supplements) are not eligible unless defective or we shipped the wrong item.
- Apparel and accessories must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Final sale items, free gifts and gift cards are non‑returnable.
- A valid order number and proof of purchase are required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened consumables unless there is a manufacturing defect or we shipped the incorrect item. Free promotional items, digital downloads and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange defective or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless you use your own trackable shipping method. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless we made a mistake on your order.
How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and, if applicable, provide a return authorization and label.
- Pack items securely in original packaging and include all accessories, inserts and freebies from the same order.
- Ship the return within 14 days of authorization and keep your tracking number.
Refunds
After your return is delivered to our facility, we’ll email a confirmation. Once inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit (typically 3–10 business days). If a refund is delayed, please recheck your statement, then contact your card issuer and bank before reaching out to us.
Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased on sale or with certain promotional discounts may be final sale and not eligible for refund unless required by law. Regular‑priced items follow the standard policy above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
Bundles, Discounts and Gifts
Returning items purchased as part of a bundle or promotion may reduce or eliminate the discount applied to the remaining items. If a free gift was included and you return the qualifying item(s), the free gift must also be returned in new condition or its value may be deducted from the refund.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or taxes. Please use a tracked service; Elefans Fitness is not responsible for returns lost in transit. If an order is held or seized by customs, refunds are only available if the products are returned to us in original, resalable condition.
Wrong Address, Undeliverable and Address Changes
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or due to an incorrect/insufficient address, we can refund the product price minus original shipping and a handling/restocking fee of up to 10%. Once an order is in transit, address changes must be coordinated directly with the carrier and are not guaranteed. Orders cannot be canceled after they have shipped.
Fraud & Chargebacks
We take fraud and chargebacks seriously. If you have an issue with your order, please contact support first so we can help resolve it quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account restrictions and may be contested with supporting documentation.
